Buying a T-shirt?

Hi there, can anyone tell me how I get a Jet t-shirt without going through Go Merch. I am in NZ and I ordered a Faces Tee for my son over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. This seems to be the only place to order from. Their service is terrible. Has anyone else tried ordering from them? I don't think I will ever receive the t-shirt I ordered. :-(
