New shows - Tamworth
Hey
I was wondering if there's anyway I could find out when the band will arrive at the Tamworth gig.. Or if they'll doa meet and greet. I would love to meet them, but don't know how to. I got tickets to the Tamworth show, mainly because of them, not Powderfinger and would love to meet them, get something signed and all that. I also saw them at Green Day, but didn't get to meet them.
What's the chance of that happening?? Do they talk to fans alot? Do they do alot of meet and greets??
I'd just love so much to be able to say hi to them... :)

From what I heard, they sometimes hang around afterward... I was lucky to catch them before the show, but that was on pure luck, and I hope I wasn't a bother to them. Perhaps after the show you can hang around.... they aren't too shy to their fans, but they're not out there all the time. I think it's mostly luck to be honest.

Something to bear in mind: depending how far into the tour and how far they need to travel to get to the next venue may dictate whether they leave during Powderfinger's set or stay til the very end. Just a thought. Enjoy the show. They are great guys, hope you do get to meet them!

Yea that is very true... Tamworth I think is at the beginning... so that could be really variable... yea that is a really good piece of information.

You might have better luck catching them for sound check. Either way, you may have a bit of a wait (probably longer after the show as they will sometimes have other plans and depart before you can catch them). Generally, everyone shows for soundcheck.
