JET live in Townsville and Mackay
Moving on with the tour, the band played Townsville and Mackay last week before taking a 4 day break until Rockhampton.
When they play small cities it gets a bit complicated to find something about their gigs but the funniest things come up.
Like, all I could find on Townsville were two videos: the ever favorite "Seventeen" and Nic tossing a bra back to the crowd.

Now, from Mackay I couldn't really find anything until @followthefinger enlighted us! If you can't watch the gig properly, you can at least listen to the band play "Are You Gonna Be My Girl" from the ice cream van and wonder "who would want to have ice cream when Jet is playing right in front of them?".

Cute interview Fee, thanks :D And of course, I totally agree with what you're saying about Jet being the main event. They always are! Powderfinger is so lucky to have them as a support act. They are the best band in the world to get the crowd pumping for the headlining band's set. Yeah Powderfinger has been around for quite a long time, and the guys from Jet did mention their music being a part of them growing up. I have never really been a fan of their music, I thought they were okay I guess, but yeah Jet has a really short set with them- 30 minutes, isn't it?

Powderfinger is a big band in Australia, they've been around for like 20 years or something and it makes sense that Jet opens for them there, they probably listened to them during their teenage years.
