The show is over ....(sigh)
I feel the need to revisit an old topic.. I am a grown ass woman who literally falls apart in the presence of one specific MAN. That man is Mr Nic Cester. I tell you this, dear reader, because a week ago I had the pleasure of not only attending a ROCKING JET show in LA, but I had the thrill of meeting the entire band.
I wish that I had taped the encounter, because in all honesty, it is a euphoric blur. I stood before the band with 5 other fans while they did sound check. They were funny and engaging...Because the other band (BOO PAPA ROACH) ran late with their sound check, we were only able to hear a few songs. As soon as they completed the SC, we were ushered upstairs to the VIP area. The band came out .. and this is where things get fuzzy. I do remember asking Nic to sign my boob, which he did.. wink wink.. and I remember sitting next to him and professing my love while I rubbed his leg.... but other then that..I couldn't really be sure.. I do know it was fun.. and a night to remember. (hahahaha)
The good news, is that Chris said they would be returning to Cali in March.... I am already planning my road trip.. and thinking of other things for Nic to sign.. ;)
P.S. The show was AMAZING. They did not disappoint.. I heart JET
